Sending email marketing using MS Word
An easy tutorial on how to send newsletters with MS Word and Outlook.
To activate your database by sending email marketing, newsletters or even the traditional printed letters to your customers and leads may be one of the most effective and economic marketing tools you have.
If you don’t have an automated tool to help you with this task, we are sharing two alternative tools, costless and easy to manage – Microsoft Word and Mailchimp. Additionally, we are also providing a few templates where you just have to adjust, translate the text and add your company’s logo.
The most important thing when activating your customer with an email marketing is the call to action you add, and you have several options such as: offering a voucher, a special promotion, inviting them to read an article at your blog, to visit your eshop, to do an online hearing test or even to set an appointment … Just remember to make sure the next step in the customer journey is clearly stated in your message. Leave the (virtual) doors open for the customer to continue the journey with you!
